Staff was extremely helpful! Angelo at the front desk helped us set up for a wedding reception and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met ! Young man deserves a raise !

Anthony Oraha and his magnificent team at Hilton Garden Inn Detroit are always such a pleasure to be around! Every aspect and area of the hotel regarding cleanliness, customer service, accommodation and management is beyond stellar. Anthony’s team are always such a pleasure to be around and create a very welcoming atmosphere to anyone walking in, staying or exiting - they truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed! Angelo at front desk is always such a helpful individual to go to should you have any questions pertaining to anything! He’s the greatest resource to go to as he’s always helpful and so thorough - all with a big smile on his face! This also goes to all the other departments in the hotel as well- they are always just so kind and helpful! Anthony keep up the great work and may God continue to bless you and give you strength in all aspects of operations pertaining to your hotel!

Gjelosh Vukaj- When I had notified the General Manager, Anthony Aoraha, about a short notice stay he did not hesitate at all to get a room ready for my cousin and I. Unfortunately my visit was for a funeral and throughout all of the stress, him and his team made it the most stress free and seamless experience to find me a room that was spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Detroit/Utica for your next stay!

Very clean hotel and has nice, comfortable rooms and beds. Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to give customers a great experience. Staff/hotel has made bringing along my German shepherd a fun and pleasant experience as well. Also has a very nice gym to use.

By far the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. Amazing staff, great location close to shops & dining. Bathrooms included plenty of toiletries. Love the vanity light for makeup. The daily breakfast was always fresh and hot. Beds were very comfortable, no noise came from the hallways, and AC worked perfectly. Anthony and staff are amazing people who will go above and beyond for guests! We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Alisha the bartender has exceptional customer service and truly made our business trip memorable. Her friendly demeanor and remarkable ability to remember guests' names and orders set her apart. It's rare to find such personalized attention in a hotel setting. We chose to dine at the hotel because of her, and she exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Alisha, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a great experience with this location when we stayed for a wedding. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, too! I wish it was complimentary, but we also got a great rate for the room, so that’s more of a suggestion, not a complaint! The only downfall was that the business center computer was down (we needed to use it), but that’s not a dealbreaker. Great staff, great location, awesome service! We would stay again for sure!

I’ve been to many many hotels, and I can confidently say, I have never had service this pleasurable, I was absolutely Amazed with Angelo’s service, he treated me like family and the way he would be so passionate and helpful about his position as in he owns the place himself, made sure I was always taken care of, made sure I was comfortable and service was fast, truly can’t thank Angelo enough, his professionalism and work ethic is outstanding.
